Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Returns are at your own shipping cost. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Order Cancellations
As we begin preparing your order immediately after it's placed to ensure fast delivery, we cannot accept cancellations once the order has been submitted. Thank you for your understanding.
Order Not Received
Our standard delivery time is 7–10 business days, not including processing time (1–5 business days). If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 days, we kindly ask you to wait a bit longer — up to 20 days, as delays may occur due to customs, weather, or local shipping services.
If your package still hasn't arrived after 25 days, we will issue a 100% refund — no questions asked.
Damaged Upon Arrival
If your item arrives damaged, please take clear photos and/or videos and submit them through our contact page. Once verified, you can choose between:

Defective Product After Use
If your product is defective or stops working within 14 days of delivery, please report the issue. You may return the item (shipping at your own cost), and we’ll issue store credit for the full amount so you can reorder your item.
Change of Mind

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 14 days. Once verified, you may return the product at your own cost and receive a 100% refund.
